Independence Day Celebrations

The 71st Independence Day of the nation was celebrated joyously at Amrapali Group of Institutes, Haldwani.

The Tricolor was  hoisted in the college campus in the presence of  Chairman Mr.  C. L. Dhingra, Vice Chairman Mr. Ramesh Monga, Secretary Mr. Narendra Dhingra, C.E.O. Prof. Sanjay Dhingra, Mr. Arun Chaturvedi and Col. R.C. Bhandari .

In his address, Vice Chairman Mr. Ramesh Monga remarked the importance of the role of youth in the development of our nation. He enlightened the sacrifices made by innumerous young revolutionaries during our freedom struggle, adding that it was their selfless revolt and struggle which brought us closer to freedom. His appeal to young students  was to come forth and contribute for the country.

C.O.O. Prof. S. K. Singh inspired the young minds to fight against all the evils of the society we are facing today. He said the youth posseses the power to eradicate all the atrocities and stigmas like corruption, poverty, and inequality. Speaking about unemployment he said the students need to become job providers rather than job seekers which will definitely help in making us self sustainable.

All the students and faculties present took the oath for their better contribution in the development of  ‘A New India  by 2022 ‘.

Students from all departments of the college gave various performances like patriotic songs, dances, speeches and plays which showed their love for the motherland.
