Greetings of the day !

I am delighted to write down my success story ,As I joined the AIHM in the year 2011 & Passed out in 2014. I am fortunate that AIHM played an important role in shaping my career as i was struggling to make my career in hospitality before 2011 but as it said if the end is well, all is well.

I did my industrial training from ITC Sheraton , saket new Delhi for about 6 Months & later went to The Oberoi, Amarvilas Agra for vocational training in Front office.

I had the privilege to reach the Top 150 semi finalists in OCLD – Oberoi Center for learning & development ( Management Trainee Program of The Oberoi Group ) Although I didn’t get through the OCLD but I made sure that I did well in my career ahead as it was not the last platform.

I began my career with The Oberoi , Udaivilas , Udaipur as Front Office Assistant . I learnt basis of the hospitality from this group & later went to join The Taj Mahal Hotel , Man singh Road , New Delhi as Front Office Assiatant.I was super lucky to get to work with Crowne Plaza , Abu dhabi ( UAE) as i applied directly to the hotel & got an opportunity to work in overseas.

I also got to work with Ta Corbett Resort & spa as Reservation Supervisor as a pre opening team member. Later I joined the Radisson hotel Group as Front Office Executive, post which I was lucky to get to handle the entire resort as Assistant Manager – BRYS Caves ( Asia”s First Cave theme resort) , Jim Corbett & post 6 Months I was promoted as Operations Manager. Looking in to My work I was offered Operations Manager by the GM of Paatlidun Safari Lodge , Jim Corbett, the property next door.

In 2022 I had health issues due to which I took 8 months rest to bounce back & with 10 years of dedication , Hard work & focus I got an opportunity in the March 2023 to Run a Heritage Property owned by Rajkumari Reena Kumari ( Princess of Sahaspur BIlari , District Moradabad , UP in her Summer house turned into a 24 keys Luxury boutique hotel started in May 2023.

So Currently I am Working as Hotel Manager with ITC WelcomHeritage Ashdale , Nainital ( A Luxury Boutique Hotel ).I have also attached a few photographs for your reference.
